Training for professionals and recreational runners differs

Professional runners focus mainly on race results. Running is what they do for living and it takes up most of their time.

Amateur runners have different priorities. They run to improve general health and wellbeing, look better, feel better, stay active, enjoy running races and be a part of the community. PB-s are important but should not put health and lifestyle into jeopardy.

We develop training programs that fit each runner's needs best. The training regime should not only improve your performance in races, but also be doable without sacrificing your health and lifestyle. Actually, it should bring positive changes to your wellbeing and routine.

WE TRAIN ONLY ACCORDING TO MODERN AND SCIENTIFICALLY BASED PRINCIPALS.
Every person is unique and has his or her own background and goals in sports and wellbeing.

When you train in a group or according to a one-for-all set plan you can undertrained or overtrain. This does not teach you to listen to your body and results in losses in progress and motivation or burn-out and injuries.

We study your sports background, consider all you health details and you lifestyle and build a training schedule in accordance with you individual needs and circumstances.
Thus you reach you goals faster and more effectively.

You can follow our online running programs wherever you are in the world. The geography of Marathonica Running School is not limited to one location. Our runners live in different cities and countries, but are united by love for the sport. We works with professionals from all over the world, share our experience and take part in international running events.

Running without borders
Our coaches not only design your workouts, but also advise you on all other training-related topics, from food and diet to choice of races and running apparel.

One running workout last 30 to 90 minutes on average. The remaining 22 hours in a day you are busy with totally different things. But to develop and see progress only training is not enough. Soon after you start exercising regularly you notice how your perception in many other spheres of life changes - from your diet and sleep to entertainment. Therefore many questions can arise.
